I have tried every tuner in the KDM community and they are all pretty solid but Upper is a step above the rest. Quickest turn around ever. Prices are unmatched. Once I got my stuffed turbo I wanted to push it as far as I could. From the moment you press the pedal the car just pushes confidently all the way to redline.
